Kate LaMair
first discovered yoga when she wanted a good stretch and sweat after skiing, biking, and hiking. Her love for yoga evolved during her time in Asia, where she traveled to the very places where yoga first began, realizing she had only scratched the surface of what it truly means to be a yogi. Kate completed 200 hours of training in Rishikesh, India, 300 hours of training in Mysore, India, and 100 hours of continuing education. Kate now lives in Carbondale, working for a local nonprofit, and teaching yoga regularly. Through her work in the climate space and her love for the outdoors, Kate sees yoga as key to staying connected to the nature outside, and within ourselves. Kate teaches breath-centered Vinyasa, blending fluid movement with pranayama practices to ground and rejuvenate.

Dana Roberts
was born in El Paso, Texas and raised in Colorado. Dana now calls the Roaring Fork Valley home. She has been practicing massage therapy for the past decade and is passionate about helping others experience the adaptive and miraculous nature of the human body as it opens to change.
Dana’s yoga journey began when she was seeking something to bring her back into harmony with her own body while continuing to give to others. To her, yoga is something that can be experienced anywhere, at any time. Her intention as a teacher is to empower others to tap into their own sense of feeling and healing—through breath, movement, and the sacred pause we often forget to take in our busy day-to-day lives. She honors the natural fluctuations of being human and encourages presence and compassion along the way.
Outside of holding space for healing, Dana enjoys spending time in nature, doing all the outdoor activities that make Colorado such a special place to live. She loves being with animals and family, cooking, creating, and curling up with a good book or movie—and a big bowl of popcorn. -
